The Beast of the East is excited to add The East Coast Kettlebell Beast, an officially sanctioned IKFF/IKSFA kettlebell competition. The Kettlebell Beast will incorporate all the traditional Kettlebell Competition lifts and events: Snatch, Jerk, Clean and Jerk and combined Snatch and Jerk (Biathalon).

The competition is open to men and women of all age ranges and experience levels and will offer multiple classes for competitors. (Information and details about the IKFF/IKSFA rules and ranking system can be found here).

Registration for the Kettlebell Beast is $50 and there will be cash and other prizes awarded.

In addition to this officially sanctioned competition, there will be several unofficial events including a Turkish Get Up competition and others to be announced. The unofficial events are open to ALL attendees and competitors of the Beast of the East Fitness Competition and will offer their own prizes and awards. These unofficial events are not IKFF/IKFSA sanctioned or ranked.
